This modern housing project in Tilburg consists of three newly built and fully furnished homes, designed specifically for temporary use. Together they offer a total of fourteen private bedrooms, divided across two five-bedroom homes and one four-bedroom unit. One of the homes holds a room rental permit that allows five unrelated individuals to register at the address.
The properties are exclusively intended for expat families, international employees, care-related housing or colleagues from one company. Rental to students is not permitted, and permanent residence is not allowed.
What makes this setup unique is that all three homes are located on the same street. This offers a clear logistical advantage for companies or institutions renting multiple units, allowing for efficient coordination, supervision and shared services.
Each home is fully furnished and move-in ready, with complete inventory including furniture, appliances, kitchenware, towels, bed linen, internet and a washing machine. Two of the three homes also feature a spacious private garage that can accommodate two small cars.
All homes are energy efficient and built to modern standards, equipped with underfloor heating, solar panels and a fresh air ventilation system. Utilities such as gas, water and electricity are included in the rental price under an all-in structure. A monthly advance is calculated based on the number of occupants. As is standard with all-in arrangements, a final settlement takes place at the end of the stay to account for any over- or under-usage.
If desired, we can arrange additional services such as professional cleaning or garden maintenance. Pricing is available on request and depends on the number of residents and the rental situation. Registration is allowed for up to two persons per address, or more in case of a family. For the home with a room permit, five individual registrations are possible.
