Layout

The complex consists of two storeys with a total of six independent homes. The ground floor houses three residential units, including the two lofts, each of which spans two storeys of its own. The first floor houses three apartments. In phase 1, the two lofts and two apartments will be delivered from 15 September; the remaining two homes will follow in phase 2, expected around November.

Each home has its own house number, a storage room and its own private outdoor space in the form of a balcony or roof terrace. Living areas range from approximately 65 to 100 m².

Interior and amenities

The rent consists of the base rent plus a number of fixed components: furnishing, internet, service costs and cleaning service. A monthly advance is charged for water and electricity based on the number of occupants, with a final settlement based on actual usage. Exactly what is included in the rent, we’re happy to specify in detail and tailored to you upon interest (this is deliberately not a fixed ‘all in’-amount. The general service costs include, among other things, maintenance of the communal areas and cleaning of the shared windows). In addition, each home is cleaned regularly (frequency still to be determined: once a week or twice a month). Municipal sewage charges are included in the rent.

Location and parking

Nicolaas Pieckstraat is located within the Ringbanen, on a quiet residential street, with Tilburg’s centre about 5 minutes away and Tilburg Centraal station roughly a 10-minute walk. Shops, restaurants and everyday amenities are close by: so you live centrally yet peacefully, without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Parking is available directly outside the door: paid parking, free on Sundays and public holidays. A temporary visitor parking permit is available on request via the app.

Important

These homes are available for short stay (up to 4 months you do not need to register with the municipality for this) and long stay, with a minimum rental term of one month.

If you stay longer, you can register at this address with the municipality (BRP). A family may always register here; for other occupants, a maximum of two people per address applies. Please note: this registration does not constitute permanent residency, the home remains intended for temporary stay. Pets are not allowed by default, but this can be discussed.
