Interior and amenities

The rent consists of the base rent plus a number of fixed components: furnishing, internet, service costs and cleaning service. A monthly advance is charged for water and electricity based on the number of occupants, with a final settlement based on actual usage. Exactly what is included in the rent, we’re happy to specify in detail and tailored to you upon interest — this is deliberately not a fixed ‘all in’-amount. The general service costs include, among other things, maintenance of the communal areas and cleaning of the shared windows. In addition, the home itself is cleaned regularly (frequency still to be determined: once a week or twice a month). Municipal sewage charges are included in the rent.
