This fully furnished apartment is located in a quiet residential street near Besterdplein, just outside the centre of Tilburg. Within five minutes you can walk to the heart of the city or reach Tilburg Central Station, with direct train connections to cities such as Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Breda and Den Bosch. The location offers both peace and privacy with fast access to all daily amenities and public transport.

The apartment is ideal for short stays and is particularly suited for expats, couples, colleagues, singles, tourists, festival visitors or international staff temporarily working in the city. Examples include professionals from Tilburg University, Tesla, Fujifilm, ASML or NXP. Permanent residence is not permitted.

The apartment has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to three people. It is fully furnished and includes a complete inventory such as kitchenware, bed linen, towels, a smart TV with Chromecast, fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies and cooking equipment. You can enter with just your suitcase, everything else is already taken care of.

The living space is bright and practical, with heating provided through radiators. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Guests have private access to the entire unit. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but an ashtray is available outside. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

The rent is all-inclusive and covers furniture, internet and the use of utilities. A monthly utility advance is calculated based on the number of residents. At the end of the stay, a final settlement is made if there has been significant overuse. The tourist tax of €3.90 per person per night applies only to short stay leisure guests, as required by the municipality of Tilburg. It does not apply to long stay or business tenants and must be paid separately via bank transfer, Tikkie or in cash.

This apartment is listed on multiple booking platforms. Standard check-in is from 15:00. Earlier check-in may be possible depending on whether guests stayed the night before. Standard check-out is before 11:00. Later check-out can be arranged in consultation, subject to availability.

Paid parking is available directly in front of the apartment, and free on Sundays and public holidays. Temporary visitor parking through our app is available upon request.

Registration is allowed for up to two persons per address or more in the case of a family. The apartment is not suitable for students and is not intended for permanent occupation.
