On request, we can even ensure the refrigerator is fully stocked before your arrival. If needed, airport pick-up can be arranged from either Eindhoven Airport or Schiphol Amsterdam, offering a seamless transition from arrival to check-in.

The interior includes two spacious bedrooms, a bright open living area and a state-of-the-art kitchen with high-end built-in appliances. A large private terrace offers direct views of the city and space for outdoor dining or relaxation. The apartment includes bed linen, towels, kitchenware, internet and a washing machine. A private parking space is also included and optional cleaning services can be arranged during the stay.

Comfort is guaranteed with underfloor heating and a modern ventilation and heat recovery system. The rent is offered on an all-in basis, including furniture, utilities and internet. A monthly advance is calculated based on the number of residents. As is standard, a final usage settlement takes place at the end of the stay in case of over- or underconsumption.

Registration is allowed for up to two people per address, or more in the case of a family. Visitors can park for free in front of the building. Residents have access to their own private parking space or garage.

This penthouse is available for both short stay and long stay, with a minimum rental period of one month and a maximum of up to two years. It is offered exclusively for temporary use and is ideal for international professionals and corporate tenants.
